Privacy Policy

1. Information stored in your browser
Your custom-home project records, site conditions, preferences, conversations, generated plans, images, and 3D-world references are stored in your browser by default using localStorage and IndexedDB. Clearing browser data may permanently remove this information.
2. Server-side processing
When you request text, plans, images, or 3D content, the necessary project context is sent through our server to the provider you select. Supported services may include Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, Groq, image-generation providers, and World Labs. We may retain limited operational records such as an access identifier, request time, provider, status, and duration for quotas, security, and troubleshooting.
3. Bring Your Own Key
API keys entered through BYOK settings are stored in your browser and sent with the relevant request. Archiagent does not intentionally persist those keys on its application server. Your use of a provider remains subject to that provider's terms and privacy policy.
4. Cookies
We use an essential httpOnly cookie only for administrator sessions. We do not use advertising cookies in the current beta.
5. Infrastructure providers
Upstash Redis may be used for quotas and activity, and Upstash Vector may be used for the residential design library. Hosting and AI providers process information under their own policies. Do not upload sensitive personal information, protected records, or materials you are not authorized to share.
