Terms of Service

Last updated: July 16, 2026

1. Service

Archiagent is an AI-assisted concept-design workspace for custom single-family homes. It can help structure a brief, explore room programs, generate preliminary plans and narratives, screen selected design inputs, create images, and export conceptual CAD/BIM data. Features and beta limits may change.

2. Professional-use disclaimer

AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. Code references are design aids and do not replace the official regulations adopted by the project's jurisdiction. Outputs are not surveys, permit documents, construction documents, engineering calculations, cost guarantees, or professional architectural advice. A licensed local architect and the appropriate engineers must review any work used for approvals, pricing, contracts, or construction.

3. User responsibilities

You must have the right to upload all project information and reference materials. You may not misuse the service, evade quotas, interfere with security, attack the service, or use it for unlawful purposes. Access may be limited or suspended for abuse.

4. Project content and intellectual property

You retain your rights in materials you upload. Your rights in generated material depend on applicable law and the selected AI provider's terms. Archiagent does not guarantee that generated output is unique or free from third-party claims. The Archiagent software, interface, and brand remain the property of their owners.

5. Availability and liability

The beta is provided on an as-available basis without guarantees of uninterrupted operation, data retention, design accuracy, code compliance, permit approval, or constructability. To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for reviewing outputs and for decisions made from them.
